RETURN POLICY
We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. We truly strive to make all of our customers happy with their purchase so feel free to reach out to us about any of the following.

When you order you are agreeing to wait 1-2 business weeks to process your order and 3-4 business day for your order to arrive after shipped. We appreciate your patience due to a high order volume increase recently <3
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of arrival at your address for a full refund of the price of the product.
All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.
All products on clearance or a discount are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
Valid reason for a return include the following:
- Purchased item full price and are unhappy with the garment in any way.
- Garment came damaged.
- Issue during the printing process of the garment.
- Incorrect size sent.
- Wrong item sent.
If you're shipping back an item, you should expect to receive your refund within one week of return. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Items should be mailed to us at:

Invalid reasons for a return include the following:
- Purchased item at discounted/clearance price and are unhappy with the garment.
Also please note NORTH MAIN STREET has the right to change garments in use to similar garments if others are sold-out. We strive to always use the best quality clothing as possible but sometimes shortages force us to use other similar brands.
